PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

We take care of designing the entire manufacturing process from the time material is received all the way until final inspection. Every fixture, tool, tool-holder, and set-up book is designed to be implemented right away into your production schedule.
EXISTING PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
We look at existing proven processes on your shop floor and evaluate how to increase margins and production. We examine your current work-holding, tooling, tool-path efficiency and set-up time. From there we can design new fixtures, reduce ops and set-up time along with providing the new program to complete the package. The huge advantage here is not disrupting current production rates while a new process is designed and developed.
